At Blueage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Blueage account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
